What you would be doing

Report to the Food & Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with seamless and memorable dining experiences from arrival to departure. Work collaboratively with restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Handling VIP and key client arrivals with confidence, discretion, and personalised attention.

What you need

• Previous experience in a guest-facing or customer service role within hospitality, luxury retail, events, or similar environments.
• Coordinate table allocation and guest seating to maximise flow and enhance the guest experience.
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.
