Lead and develop manufacturing teams across the shift, ensuring the shift runs safely, efficiently, and effectively. Play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Leading, coaching, and developing Shift and Team Managers, supporting training, succession planning, and engagement across the shift. Flexibility to meet the demands of a busy 24‑hour operation. Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards, promoting a proactive safety culture.

  • A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Shift Manager to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing operation in Bolton.
  • We have two positions available, one to work PM shift 2pm-10pm, and the other to work NIGHT shift 10pm-6am, both Monday to Friday.
