We are currently looking for a world-class team manager at our Natural Fitness Food site within Third Space Soho. Work closely with your team to understand their needs and motivations and seek out new ways to motivate and engage them in their day-to-day activities.

What you would be doing

We are a community: You will recruit, develop and retain a team of people, instilling a sense of pride and passion into their everyday delivery. We are innovative: You proactively seek out ways for you and your team to surprise and delight our guests and work with the wider club team to promote NFF amongst our member popula. Help oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards.
