What the role involves

• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• General kitchen duties, including food preparation including making sandwiches and cold food.
• General front of house duties such as clearing tables, table service, customer service.
• Restocking items and stock rotation.
• General cleaning of front and back of house - Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are always cleaned to a high standard.

Skills and requirements

• All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including references and an enhanced DBS in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
• Previous catering experience preferred, but not essential.
• Transport to site essential as location is remote.
• Customer service experience required.
