  • Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.
  • Teaching practical cookery, nutrition, and food science, inspiring students to develop technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of healthy lifestyles.
  • Primarily teach GCSE and A Level Food Preparation & Nutrition while supporting the wider DT curriculum.

Skills and requirements

  • Outstanding 11–18 school in Wolverhampton.
  • Teach Food Technology across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A Level.
  • Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • PGCE/QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
