Food Truck Catering Manager – London Events Team

• Overseeing high-volume food truck operations.
• Cooking and serving to large crowds.
• Leading, motivating, and coordinating team members.
• Delivering fast, efficient, high-quality service.
• Managing queues and maintaining smooth service flow.
• Handling stock control and minimising waste.
• Opening and closing units efficiently.
• Acting as the senior point of contact on shift.

• 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering.
• Proven experience leading teams in busy environments.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach.
• Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (or willingness to obtain).

• £20 per hour.
