What the role involves

• Able to manage all purchasing activities during Engineering projects from pre - study to end of live as team member in the innovation teams.
• Ensure part availability for launch material.
• Able to plan, continuous control and improve costs and procurement timelines to meet cost targets and time to market, to mitigate risk.
• Managing the early stage of supplier involvement and aligning of product requirements and standards with the supplier.

Skills and requirements

• Work experience in project management, ideally in agile development.
• Ability to develop your experience of working in the field of procurement and Forward sourcing.
