Fostering Recruitment Administrator focuses on reviewing references and checks thoroughly, identifying and escalating any safeguarding concerns or discrepancies promptly to relevant managers.

What the role involves

  • Working closely with Assessing Social Workers, Assessment Managers, and wider recruitment teams to ensure assessments progress efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records on internal systems (e.g.
  • Completing required checklists, audits, and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Safeguarding children is central to everything we do.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures at all times and complete mandatory safeguarding training as part of their induction.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience in fostering, adoption, or children’s social care.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.

  • Remote/ Home based.
  • Full-time 9am -5pm.
  • Up to £26,500 depending on experience.
