- Leading onboarding and integrations, guiding customers through options.

- Partner closely with the founders and product team, while also shaping how audits are delivered at scale.
Skills and requirements
- Previous customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions/Sales/Implementation Engineer (or similar) at a SaaS/data-driven firm.
- Strong understanding of technical integrations.
- The ability to take ownership, navigate constraints independently and keep work moving.
- Excellent customer communication skills at all technical levels.
Confirmed role details
- Need exceptional project management skills to fulfill a hybrid function across pre-sales, onboarding and delivery.
- 3 days/week in London office.
