What the role involves

• Leading onboarding and integrations, guiding customers through options.
• Delivering customer audits, ensuring results.
• Partner closely with the founders and product team, while also shaping how audits are delivered at scale.

Skills and requirements

• Previous customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions/Sales/Implementation Engineer (or similar) at a SaaS/data-driven firm.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations.
• The ability to take ownership, navigate constraints independently and keep work moving.
• Excellent customer communication skills at all technical levels.

Confirmed role details

• Need exceptional project management skills to fulfill a hybrid function across pre-sales, onboarding and delivery.
• 3 days/week in London office.
