• Strong commercial acumen — someone who's excited about the intersection of finance, technology, and business strategy, and how data-driven insights unlock better decisions.
• 2nd interview with hiring leaders leader and HR.
• A natural builder — demonstrable ability to design and implement scalable financial systems and processes that drive organisational performance.

Practical information

• Build the FP&A, reporting, and analysis technology infrastructure that scales the business over the next 3 years, in partnership with Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Bexhill or London – Hybrid one day a week Onsite.

• Lead end-to-end FP&A reporting: monthly and quarterly close, board materials,ExCooutputs, rolling forecasts, and annual planning cycles.
