What the role involves

• They’ve asked us to assist in recruiting an FP&A Manager who will report directly to their Finance Director and play a key role within a dynamic and collaborative finance team.
• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting providing the kind of insight that helps drive the business forward during a critical phase.
• Produce weekly flash reporting and detailed monthly analysis across revenue, labour, fuel, mileage and engineering costs.
• Delivering clear, value-adding variance commentary, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate financial insight in a way that resonates with both finance and operational teams.
• Manage the annual budgeting cycle.
