FP&A Transformation Lead focuses on ·drive the ongoing transformation of the fp&a function, helping to establish more robust, consistent and scalable planning and reporting processes.

What the role involves

• ·Drive the ongoing transformation of the FP&A function, helping to establish more robust, consistent and scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Process gaps across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis activities.
• ·Partner with finance teams and business stakeholders to design and implement practical improvements.
• ·Help drive standardisation of reporting packs, KPI definitions and planning methodologies across the business.
• ·Support improvements in forecast accuracy, reporting timelines and overall quality of management information.
• ·Support in the development of a more forward-looking and commercially focused finance function.

Skills and requirements

• CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in FP&A, including budgeting and forecasting.
