Front of House Assistant focuses on provide a quality, consistent and friendly hospitality service to meet client needs.

What the role involves

  • Provide a quality, consistent and friendly Hospitality service to meet Client needs.
  • Total Customer Service Focus.
  • To have the confidence to perform your daily tasks within an open, honest, non-confrontational and positive way.
  • To look into and appreciate the positives in all situations.
  • Assisting in the development and application of both Client and ARAMARK catering policies.
  • Provide innovative, consistent, lively and interesting food displays and set ups which are forward thinking and relevant to the customer needs and environment.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

  • Aegon UK, 1 Lochside Crescent, EH12 9SE.
  • Permanent, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
  • 0700-1530 daily.
  • Uniform provided, free on-site parking and free on-site gym membership.
