• Share knowledge and passion for food and wine, including recommending pairings to enhance guest experiences.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with hotel standards and licensing regulations.
• Supporting smooth-running service by coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.

Skills and requirements
