Job description
As a Front Office Agent, the work centres on looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out. It would suit someone who can bring the focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from a warm welcome at check-in to a genuine farewell at departure to the role.

Develop personally and professionally With an extensive onboarding, annual training and coaching at our One University, you will hit the ground running. Because personality and hosting skills are our priority.

The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from a warm welcome at check-in to a genuine farewell at departure. Supporting service-by-service logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.
What is expected
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career.
