• Advise on a range of direct tax matters, including transactional and structuring work, and collaborate with colleagues across other tax disciplines as well as audit and corporate f.
• We are working on behalf of a leading firm that is experiencing strong growth across both tax and consulting.
• As part of this expansion, the firm is seeking an FS Corporate Tax Director to establish and lead its direct tax capability within the Financial Services sector.
• This is a strategically important hire, offering the opportunity to build a new Financial Services corporate tax offering within an already expanding FS consulting practice.
