What the role involves

• Manage industrial IoT hardware (routers, gateways, edge devices) using protocols such as CANBus, Modbus, and Ethernet.
• Maintain secure, reliable data ingestion pipelines using Azure or VM-based cloud infrastructure.
• Develop Python-based automation, data ingestion tools, and analytics.
• Apply signal processing and analytics to build predictive algorithms for maintenance, safety, and environmental monitoring.
• Create user-friendly dashboards and interfaces that turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.

Skills and requirements

• STEM degree with 2+ years’ experience across full-stack development (data, APIs, UI).
• Strong Python skills plus another language (e.g. C++, JavaScript, .NET).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), databases, IoT device management, and data security.
• Proficiency with SQL, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and scripting tools.
