How the role is set up

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students aged 11–16. We’re looking for a Full-Time Cover Supervisor to join an ambitious, well-respected secondary school in East London.

Where someone would start

Managing safeguarding and wellbeing with professionalism and empathy. Work closely with teaching staff, SEND teams, and school leaders to maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure.

What is expected

• Proven UK experience as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or Teacher.
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
