Main responsibilities
Overseeing the funeral home, including opening and closing, health & safety checks and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families. Supporting your local community by engaging in local events and activities.
Requirements
- Support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.
- Need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle as this role may require travel to support other funeral homes if required.
- Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
