What the role involves
- Overseeing the funeral home, including opening and closing, health & safety checks and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
- Supporting your local community by engaging in local events and activities.
Skills and requirements
- Support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.
- Need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle as this role may require travel to support other funeral homes if required.
- Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
