We’re excited to expand our Operations division with a General Foreperson Apprentice to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2026 intake, based in Sussex/Kent/Hampshire in the Southern Water (CMDP) Framework.

What will you be doing?

Working within the Operations team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following;

To carry out all work in a safe and diligent manner adhering to MWHT’s HSE Policy at all times

To undertake a range of tasks suited to the current level of training and development

To attend college and complete course work on time and to a high standard

To take on additional responsibility in Years 2 and 3 of apprenticeship

To attend and fully participate in regular training, career and development reviews with line management, college staff, and other interested parties
