Confirmed role details

• Newport, with travel to sites across South Wales and the Midlands.
• £30,000 – £35,000 per annum DOE.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Candidate fit

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a building trade or property maintenance role.
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating.

Additional role context

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Ability to meet in-house KPI and SLA timescales.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working Onsite.
