As a General Manager, the work centres on now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Red Hawk in Brough and lead the team to success!. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

Where the work sits

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. The Red Hawk currently trades at an average of £21,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of 65/35 in favour of wet sales.

How the role works day to day

Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Red Hawk in Brough and lead the team to success! Thrive off growing your business and have a ‘lead from the front’ mentality and passion for nurturing your team. And whenever you need support or guidance advice from your area manager, you’ll find their door is always open.
