We're looking for a General Manager for a 2-door community pub. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.

Main responsibilities

Lead the team to success! Mortgage Advice and support. With the confidence to manage operations, from compliance to stock control, they will also have the creativity and flair to deliver engaging events.

Requirements

• Bring strong high-volume food experience, excellent customer service standards, and the leadership skills to coach and motivate a team.
• Build strong local connections, driving both guest experience and commercial performance.
• Add a dash of our unique Marston’s atmosphere and we have the ingredients to make every visit a fantastic experience for our customers.
