• Applying candidates must hold full accredited licencing qualifications such as PLH (Personal Licence Holder) Certificate and be able to highlight a structured and sustainable caree.

Additional role context

• As General Manager you will be expected as part of the job to comply with all licencing laws, health and safety, HCCAP and food allergies within the establishment.
• The job requires that commercial and prudent approach in all areas of staffing and wage GPs, especially during these new trading "Times" within the Hospitality Industry.
