How the role works day to day

Leading and oversee all site operations, directly managing Operations Managers (4x) to deliver exceptional OTR & UTR performance. Hours must be flexible to manage Day and Night teams - may sometimes come in for set-off, or sometimes stay late to meet with Night teams, or monitor Nights to fully understand E2E. Driving company-wide improvement by inputting to Central Ops highlight opportunities for process improvement and share best practice.

What needs to be in place

• 6 years’+ experience leading depot, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Experience in parcel, last-mile, or high-volume fulfilment.
