This General Manager role is focused on take full responsibility for hotel operations and day-to-day decision-making. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a boutique 4-star hotel in Cumbria. Working closely with the owner and Directors, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the hotel’s future, including vison and commercial direction on the property.

Take full responsibility for hotel operations and day-to-day decision-making. If you’re a dedicated General Manager or an experienced Operations Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role, we would love to hear from you. Help oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards.
What needs to be in place
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Experience within boutique hotel operations, ideally in a similar environment.
