General Manager

The General Manager position centres on ownership of the site’s financial performance and the long term planning process. It would suit someone who can bring commercial acumen / client focused to the role.

How the role is set up

Management of direct reports and other team members to ensure high standards of service and on-going personal development is maintained to ensure direct reports maximise their full. Work with and support best practice across manufacturing sites.

Where someone would start

Ownership of the site’s financial performance and the long term planning process. Work alongside the Operations Director to drive the commercial performance of the manufacturing site. Help oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards.
