General Manager
Job description
This General Manager role is focused on managing budgets as allocated to ensure maximum use of those budgets and to ensure savings are made through efficiency and negotiation. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Why this role may suit you
This role will suit a Managing Director of a small company, or a production / operations manager who has overseen a team of between 10-20 staff. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and the management of the company’s entire operational process.
What you would be doing
Managing budgets as allocated to ensure maximum use of those budgets and to ensure savings are made through efficiency and negotiation. Overseeing and report on the financial health, cash flow, debtors and creditors to the Directors ensuring that the business is profitable and meeting agreed budgets. Managing employee Human Resource and take responsibility for their actions and ensure that all matters are dealt with according to our client’s Guidelines.
What you need
- Have gained their experience in a fast moving print environment and will have an excellent track record in the successful delivery of time critical campaigns.
