Skills and requirements

• We’re looking for a passionate, energetic General Manager to lead from the front, inspire their team, and create the best fitness experience.
• Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance.
• Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.

Confirmed role details

• £31,100 - £35,532 + opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance-related bonus of up to 5.5% of annual salary, paid quarterly.
