The Halstead position in Piedmont, Italy centres on in this role, you will support the safe and efficient operation of our production area, ensuring machinery and production lines run smoothly while maintaining high standards of qua. Where the work sits

The shift pattern and operational requirements will be reviewed after 12 months to ensure the structure continues to best support production and business needs. This is a permanent role working on either a fixed shift pattern of Mornings (6am-2pm) or Afternoons (2pm-10pm).

How the role works day to day

In this role, you will support the safe and efficient operation of our production area, ensuring machinery and production lines run smoothly while maintaining high standards of qua. Supporting the set-up, operation, and ongoing monitoring of production lines, carrying out basic visual quality checks. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene requirements while working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
