General Operator

This General Operator role is focused on packing finished products at the end of the production line. It would suit someone who can bring willingness to work in a chemical environment to the role.

We are seeking a reliable General Operative to join a well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Redditch. This hands-on role involves supporting day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations within a production environment.

How the role works day to day

Packing finished products at the end of the production line. Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks. Following all health, safety and COSHH procedures.

Practical details

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm.
• £12.21 per hour or £15.89 per hour.

What needs to be in place

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
