General Service Assistant

The General Service Assistant position centres on reporting to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

How the role works day to day

Reporting to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work. Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services. Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery.

What needs to be in place

• Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.
• Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given Onsite.
