General Service Assistant

The General Service Assistant position centres on providing excellent customer service and report to the Front of House Supervisor Onsite. What the role carries

Provide excellent customer service and report to the Front of House Supervisor Onsite. Operate the till and process cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. As a General Service Assistant, you will be working front-of-house in the Officers’ Mess.

What the role depends on

• Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.
• Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given Onsite.
