What the role involves

  • This is a hands-on role at the intersection of design and shopper marketing, where you’ll create and execute bold, retail-ready assets that drive visibility, trial, and conversion.
  • Translate brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives into compelling, retail-ready executions that drive visibility, trial, and conversion.
  • Displays, signage, POS units) to support distribution.

Skills and requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a design role within retail, shopper marketing, or a similar environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects from concept through to production, including external suppliers.

Confirmed role details

  • We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together.
  • The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
  • 30 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays.
  • ️ 2 weeks a year to work remotely from anywhere!
