Global Accounting Manager

This Global Accounting Manager opportunity is built around preparing key financial analyses for Group management reporting, including profitability and margin analysis. Lead and support technical accounting assessments across complex areas, including:Share‑Based Payments (IFRS 2): Work closely with the Reward team to understand new share schemes o. Support the preparation of statutory accounts for specific Group entities ensuring timely delivery and audit readiness.

Preparing key financial analyses for Group management reporting, including profitability and margin analysis. Play a central role in coordinating the Group audit process, including:. Leading purchase price allocation (PPA) projects for acquisitions, working with external advisors to ensure journals and disclosures are audit‑ready.
