• Income Growth: Create and implement the Private Wealth income growth strategy in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Driving sustainable revenue growth through proactive business development, maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing clients.
• Working closely with Legal SLHs, Ogier Global SLHs, jurisdictional MDs and the Client Development Team to ensure effective identification of opportunities and coordination of BD an.
• Leadership: Leading the service line team across all locations.
• Setting strategic direction, managing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality client services.
• Attracting, developing, retaining and improving the talent pool and developing succession plans where necessary.
