Track and analyse reinsurer performance and review external messaging such as investor day topics to inform planning strategies and incorporation into action plans. Monitoring and document key takeaways from executive meetings, ensuring follow-through on action items and providing regular progress updates.

What you need

• Connector in chief, with the ability to work across multiple global stakeholders in a complex matrix report line structure.
• Experience leading the development and execution of a strategic client/market engagement plan.
• Proven experience within a similar role is essential.

Practical information

• Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
