What the role involves
- Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll lead the global payroll strategy, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and implementing effective payroll systems across.
- Overseeing the implementation and compliance of payroll policies, procedures, processes, and IT systems.
- Develop and implement a target operating model for global payroll.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of payroll analysts (non-direct line management).
- Monitoring labour costs, budget processes, monthly controls, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance functions to deliver integrated payroll solutions aligned with HR systems and ERP platforms.
