What the role involves

• Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll lead the global payroll strategy, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and implementing effective payroll systems across.
• Overseeing the implementation and compliance of payroll policies, procedures, processes, and IT systems.
• Develop and implement a target operating model for global payroll.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of payroll analysts (non-direct line management).
• Monitoring labour costs, budget processes, monthly controls, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance functions to deliver integrated payroll solutions aligned with HR systems and ERP platforms.
