- Supporting the design and development of Wise’s Reward strategy to align with business objectives. Ensuring the strategy supports attraction, retention, and motivation of employees.
- Overseeing the benchmarking process and ensuring it is effective and robust. Lead on market intelligence and internal data to ensure that reward remains competitive.
- Utilizing data to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
- Designing and leading the annual reward review processes including preparation of annual salary budgets in advance, collaborating with the finance team, working with the business &.
- Preparing and presenting reports to the People Leadership Team on rewards metrics.
Skills and requirements
- Experienced in partnering with external organisations to ensure competitive reward and deep expertise of global benchmarking.
- Analytically very strong, comfortable working with complex data sets and deep market analysis to drive effective decision making.
- Ability to communicate complex compensation to employees at all levels.
- Experience in leading and managing change, especially related to rewards programs when required. Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders on compensation and reward matters.
