What the role involves
- Leading the operational implementation of MAP programs and ODIL operations, ensuring compliance and optimal resource allocation.
- Process simplification, and execution excellence.
- Ensure end-to-end oversight of global and local programs, supporting eligibility, country selection, and blueprint validation.
- Coordinating stakeholders and governance from program initiation through implementation.
- Overseeing vendor selection, contract execution, and adherence to operational KPIs.
- Ensure patient treatment accountability and program reporting.
Skills and requirements
- 3+ years direct working experience in Early Access Program management in the biopharmaceutical industry, Medical Operations including required understanding of the current pharmace.
- Strong knowledge of drug development process, regulatory and business requirements related to Early Access Programs.
- Highly organized, results-driven, with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, supported by strong data analysis skills.
