HR skills and experience

• Overseeing operational delivery and performance metrics, including hiring KPIs, candidate experience, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire, ensuring timely reporting and accountability to.
• 7+ years’ experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in complex structured organisations. Ideally in global or regional roles and related industry experience.
• Proven strategic partner to senior leaders with strong knowledge of global TA best practices.
