• Maintain performance metrics that provide clarity of trending, benchmarking, and insight to drive performance.
• Process improvements and visibility through reporting.
• Process improvement orientation with a sense of urgency to achieve goals and results.

Skills and requirements

• Prioritize and champion candidate experience through the recruitment process.
• Previous experience of managing a Talent Acquisition Team in a global and expanding organisation.
• You have demonstrable experience of managing and evolving a sizeable talent acquisition team.
• Experience in managing relationships and partnering with C-level executives.
