Goods-In Supervisor

This Goods role is focused on leading a team of 7 direct reports, ensuring KPIs are hit and ensuring a smooth movement of goods. It would suit someone who can bring organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift to the role.

What you would be doing

Leading a team of 7 direct reports, ensuring KPIs are hit and ensuring a smooth movement of goods. Managing the goods-in shift for the warehouse (6am-2pm), ensuring health and safety policies are set and adhered, with good housekeeping practices. Supporting with WMS (Blue Yonder) system implementation, taking a proactive approach to process improvements.
