Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, long-term role starting February 2026
  • Initial commitment through to July 2026
  • Earn up to £530 per week
  • Provide 1:1 tailored support for a child with additional needs while assisting across the classroom
  • Work alongside experienced teachers delivering engaging, play-based Early Years learning
  • Access to vibrant indoor and outdoor learning environments designed to inspire curiosity
  • Clear progression opportunities from September 2026
  • Located just outside Liverpool city centre with excellent transport links and on-site parking

Situated just outside central Liverpool, this welcoming primary school offers a warm, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, create, and develop confidence from their very first days of school. The supportive staff team works collaboratively to ensure every child receives the best possible start to their education.

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils as they begin their learning journey — assisting during lessons, encouraging participation, tracking progress, and providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.

This role provides fantastic insight into Early Years education and child development, making it an excellent stepping stone for graduates considering teacher training.
