- Carrying out design and development work under the guidance of experienced engineers to meet customers' and/or the industry's needs.
- Working within internal procedures to ensure that design records/controls are maintained.
- Design principles, manufacturing techniques, economic and safe design.
- Developing in depth knowledge of our company products.
Skills and requirements
- · Bachelors or master’s degree in mechanical engineering (other closely related degrees considered).
- · The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high value, technically complex products/projects.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to.
- Make sound decisions, demonstrate initiative and accountability.

- Our Graduate Engineers can also work towards professional membership with a recognised professional body.
- Our 18-month development programme is split into 3 modules.
- After an initial period of onboarding, our Graduate Engineers will embark on two 6-month rotations across different Engineering Business Lines.
