Job description
As a Graduate Engineer, the work centres on they may also be involved in site inspections, commissioning, and client interactions. It would suit someone who can bring handling site-by-site responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.
How the role is set up
40hr week 8 – 5pm or 45hr week 7 – 5pm with small company van included. Our Client are thrilled to recruit for a Graduate Engineer.

They may also be involved in site inspections, commissioning, and client interactions. Various tasks, including design, research, data analysis, documentation, and reporting.

What is expected
- A bachelor's degree in civil, structural or mechanical engineering is essential.
- Technical skills, such as proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD), are also valued.
- The successful candidate shall present strong problem-solving skills, good communication (written and verbal), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are.
Job details
- There is also a further performance related bonus 6 – 10% of annual salary paid each June & December.
- Salary from £29,000.00 - £32,500.00 and a graduate program is aligned with a training program – upon successful completion candidates can earn an additional £2,400 - £3,000 per yea.
