What needs to be in place
- The ability to communicate with and influence individuals within and outside of the organisation to support the needs of the Directors.
- A Degree in a professional subject (for example Business Management or Administration).
- Highly specialised level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling regulatory and customer-sensitive information.
