What the role involves

• Assisting with data archive and data repository management, ensuring safe storage of a large variety of data formats.
• Assisting with mobilisations and equipment verifications under guidance.
• Assisting with notifying software manufacturers of any bugs.
• Reporting preparation based on geophysical survey data and interpretation.
• Assist in maintaining quality and consistency of field data, data processing, deliverable creation, and data management.
• Assisting Processing and reporting managers with reporting, charting & data management.

Skills and requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Geology, Geophysics or other related marine or earth science.
• Understanding of data management and required coordination skills to handle large volumes of data.
• Highly competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Full valid UK driving license.
