What the role involves

• Are you considering a career in teaching and keen to build your classroom confidence before progressing into teacher training?
• Possess strong spoken English skills to support pupils, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Classrooms, including the Early Years provision, are well-resourced and designed to promote play-based learning, language development, and personalised support.

Skills and requirements

• Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Hold a 2:1 degree or above.
• Have a degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, English, Maths, or a related subject (desirable).
• Have experience supporting children within EYFS and/or SEND settings (highly desirable).

Confirmed role details

• Full-time, term-time only position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm).
• Weekly pay of £500 - £530.
• This opportunity is ideal for aspiring teachers, particularly those interested in Early Years, SEND, or educational psychology pathways.
